The hotel offers a spectacular view of the valleys and Kanchenjunga range; however, noise from adjacent staff rooms was a disturbance. The rooms are pretty and spacious for a family of four.
The hotel is situated on top of the hill above Darjeeling, offering an awesome view away from the crowd. The rooms are very comfortable, with balconies and a crackling fireplace, ideal for couples seeking quiet serenity. However, there was some noise from the adjacent staff room to the housekeeping staff.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The corner room I had provided amazing views all around, the wooden walls added a cozy touch, and the large windows facing the mountains were spectacular. The hotel's location at the top of the hill was a unique experience, although a bit far from the town center. The service was top-notch, with incredibly attentive staff always ready to help. The service, from coordinating cake arrangements for my wedding anniversary to interactions at the reception desk and dining room, was exceptionally helpful. The location high on a hill offered breathtaking mountain views, and the complementary road service made my stay memorable. Unfortunately, the dining experience, although offering well-cooked Deshi preparations, fell slightly short of expectations when considering the hotel's brand and star category.
